Since every aircraft charter is unique, Aviation West Charters will customize your quote based on your travel requirements. Your quote will include the type of aircraft, length of charter and pre-arranged overnights.

Some additional costs to consider may include: Catering, De-Icing, Additional Overnights, birthday cakes, or any other special requirements that you may need to make your trip as enjoyable as possible.

Possible Additional Air Charter Costs

Major airline companies are often limited to large cities and require additional connections to smaller cities which waste time that could be spent promoting your business or enjoying your time. Connecting flights can also include surprise complications associated with missed flights, cancelled flights, lost baggage and/or weather delays related to multiple flight schedules/connections with commercial flights.

Financial Obligation
A financial obligation form must be signed prior to your trip.
Cancellation Policies
Typically there is no cancellation fee, if the crew has not been called out, and if the aircraft has not left it base. If the aircraft has taken off, the trip price for the client will be based on costs incurred to return the aircraft to the home base.

On larger aircraft the cancellation policy will be clarified at the time of booking, please ask for more details.

If you think there is a chance that you may have to cancel the air charter, please notify us as soon as possible to minimize your cancellation charges. Our goal is to reduce your financial risk and ours, good communication can often prevent these issues.
