Why Private Air Charter?
When maximizing a company's two most important assets, people and time, Air Charter enables the executive to travel faster and meet the time requirements of your clients. This also allows the executive the ability to not prematurely end a meeting in order to catch a commercial flight.
Private Air Charter saves key personnel time and reduces overnight expenses, while promoting a healthy home life for your executives. AWC understands that your executives are a vital part of your business and by taking care of them you are also substantially promoting the retention with those employees by limiting their travel time and fatigue level. Aviation West Charters can help improve your executives work productivity while in route by allowing uninterrupted, confidential work space only available on a private aircraft.
How much time does chartering save?
Have you ever heard the saying “Time is Money”? Imagine avoiding airport parking, long counter and security lines, remote gate destinations, lost or delayed baggage, cancelled or delayed flights and other issues often experienced with commercial flights and larger airports.
Your itinerary can be modified to meet your needs as opposed to rescheduling commercial flights. Simply stated there is no reason to prematurely terminate a meeting to accommodate your prearranged commercial flight schedule.
AWC can often provide late night or early morning flights to enhance your executive’s day, generally unavailable with commercial airlines.
A single private aircraft will be used for your specific travel needs including baggage, golf clubs, presentation boards, etc. When your executive lands at their destination all of the items that they brought with them will be immediately available.
How are aircraft provided?
This can be accomplished in two ways; through chartering our own aircraft or by brokering aircraft from one of our many FAA approved air charter operators. This allows you to choose your arrival and departure times and can be combined for multiple destinations in a day or over several days.
All schedules are customized to meet the client’s needs.
What kind of aircraft can we charter?
What kind of aircraft do you want and what is your budget? The objective is to provide the most efficient aircraft to meet your individual travel needs. Aircraft come in many shapes and sizes and each have their own benefits and costs. There are aircraft designed to be efficient for 1 hour trips and others that have the capability of flying 14 hours non stop.
AWC can arrange transportation on the appropriate aircraft depending on the number of passengers, length of trip and travel budget. The aircraft choices may include prop, twin, jet or heavy jet. The possibilities are endless.
What Airports can a chartered aircraft use?
Scheduled Commercial Airlines serve 580 airports in the United States and a typical flight may require one or more connections depending on your destination. Chartered aircraft have access to over 5,400 airports. This allows most Chartered flights to arrive and/or depart from smaller regional airports that are often easier to access. Typically Chartered aircraft can have their transportation meet you at the aircraft and you can be off and on your way in a matter of minutes.
